Shipping and Return Policies
Return Policy
Customers may return new, unopened items purchased from the NPPA online store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the cost of shipping unless the NPPA was in error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If the return is the result of an NPPA error we will cover the cost of shipping; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you have an item you would like to return please contact the store administrator at sales@nppa.org to begin the return process.
Customers may also exchange items purchased within 30 days of receipt of the item. Exchanged items can be returned to the NPPA store, at which time to new item will be shipped out. Customers will be responsible for payment of shipping on the exchanged product, and will be charged the difference in price if one exists.
Product Defects
If you experience a defect with your purchase and it is still under warranty please first contact the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refers you to the supplier please contact the store administrator at sales@nppa.org. Defective products should be returned to the NPPA office, if under warranty, once the purchaser has talked with the store administrator. At that time a replacement product will be sent out to the customer. The replacement product will be received within 2-5 weeks after the product is returned depending on availability.
Returns/Refunds will not be accepted on products that were delivered more than 30 days ago unless it is a warranty issue.
Membership/Event Registration Purchases
Event purchase refunds are considered on a case by case basis by the staff and/or leadership of the NPPA prior to the first day of the event in question. Once the event has started, all purchases related to that event are final.
Membership refunds are considered on a case by case basis by the staff and/or leadership of the NPPA within 30 days of purchase. All membership purchases are final after 30 days.
A $10 processing fee will be assessed on any membership refunds requested during the first thirty days.
