The driver of this vehicle, Jillianne Kinkead, was charged with hit and run, failure to maintain a lane and driving under the influence of drugs after crashing into another vehicle Wednesday afternoon near Lawrenceville-Suwanee and Old Norcross roads. According to police, one woman was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center with minor injuries.

Judges’ comments for the category

First was a clear winner, all the elements are there, including ambient light. Second was more funny than tragic,and should have been a feature photo, but the caption was missing key information about the dog. Third created more questions than answers, but clearly is a tragic scene.
