The 2007 NPPA Cutting Edge Editor of the Year is Matthew Rafferty (WJW Cleveland)! Matt narrowly edged out Joshua E. Maranhas and Ryan S. Borgman (both of KDVR Denver) with 77 points and six first place awards. This is the second time Matt has won the Competition, having received the honor in 2004. Matt has also been the runner-up for Television Editor of the Year in the NPPA Best of Photojournalism Contest for the last two years. Congratulations to Matt and all the winners in the 2007 Competition!
