Region 2 & 4 Regional Election Results
DURHAM, NC (January 28, 2009) – Denise McGill, national secretary of the National Press Photographers Association, has counted the votes and determined the winners in Region 2 and Region 4's month-long online December elections.
In Region 2, Todd Maisel was re-elected as the Director and Mark Dye was re-elected as the Associate Director.
In Region 4, Chris Howell was elected Director and David Couch was election as the Associate Director.
Online elections will start soon for Regions 6, 8, and 10 and the Web page for voting will be live next week and run through the month of February.
In Region 6 the candidates for Director are Jim Michelowski and Greg Smith, and the candidates for Associate Director are Josh D. Weiss and Mike Hotz.
In Region 8 the candidate for Director is Kevin Martin, and the candidates for Associate Director is Tim Jones.
In Region 10 the candidate for Director is Sandy Huffaker, and the candidate for Associate Director is Timothy Hart.
