Deadline Extended For Submitting Resolutions To NPPA Board

 

DURHAM, NC (December 17, 2009) – The deadline for submitting resolutions to NPPA's new national board of directors has been extended until December 30, 2009, NPPA announced today.

Because the old deadline for submitting resolutions did not make it into NPPA's new governing documents during the organization's last board meeting, Resolutions Chair Clyde Mueller has the discretion to set the deadline.

Normally any resolution to be considered must be submitted to the resolution chair at least 30-days prior to the board of directors meeting. Resolutions will then be distributed to the board at least 25-days prior to the meeting.

The next Board meeting is scheduled for January 16-17, 2010, at the NPPA national offices in Durham, NC.
