New Orleans Exhibit Of Katrina Photos Opens Thursday

 

NEW ORLEANS, LA (August 18,2010) – Telling Their Stories, a five-year remembrance of Hurricane Katrina, will take place this week at The Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans. 

An exhibition of 53 Katrina photographs taken by photojournalists from The Times-Picayune, The Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, Associated Press, and other media outlets and photographers will open Thursday, August 19.

The NPPA event will culminate with day of speakers and panel discussions on Saturday, August 21.
