David Stephenson Joins Kentucky Kernel
Photojournalist David Stephenson has been named as the new
photography adviser to the University of Kentucky's student
newspaper, the Kentucky Kernel. Stephenson replaces Jim Winn,

Independent Photographers Toolkit Updated
Business Practices Chairman, Greg Smith, has updated the
Independent Photographers Toolkit on the NPPA's

Women in Photojournalism, June 10, is in its 20th year
of providing educational programming for all visual journalists and
the NPPA is proud to make it a part of the most exciting week in
visual journalism, Convergence 09. Speakers will include Kym
Yancey, President and CEO of the eWomenNetwork, White House Staff
Photographer Samantha Appleton, and REDEYE Founder Maren Levinson.
Topics will range from surviving layoffs to storytelling to
becoming a one-man-band. |

upcoming Women In Photojournalism Conference Exhibit in June in Las
Vegas during the National Press Photographers Association's
