| Biographical Statement | Having spent over 15 years in industry as a staff newspaper photographer, picture editor and freelancer I accepted a teaching position at SAIT Polytechnic last year. It is extremely rewarding to be there when students "get it" and to help them embark on a career in photojournalism. Having recently taken the Platypus workshop from Dirck Halstead and PF Bentley I have re-discovered a passion for documentary work and plan on moving a lot of my personal work into producing documentaries on everything from the Holocaust through a young cancer survivors eyes to NGO projects in the Sudan and elsewhere. | ||
