The NPPA is currently undergoing a major upgrade to our information technology system in an effort to improve this site. During this transition you may not have any trouble, but some of you may have experienced, or may still experience, some technical difficulties with our site. We apologize for any inconvenience and we can help you. If you have encountered a problem please email us at members@nppa.org and someone will get back to you shortly. Please include a phone number in case we need to call you. This email address is for everyone using our site, not just NPPA members. We are working very hard to resolve any lingering issues and again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Passwords are case sensitive. Please type your password exactly as entered.

If you are a current or former NPPA member, you already have an account on the website. Please log in to your old account rather than creating a new one.

If you create a new login account you will lose your old member number, and may not be able to access members-only areas of the site such as the membership directory and job information bank.

If don't know your password, View your hint, or contact the office staff.

If you are not a member and have never given us your name and address before, you may set up a User Account. A User Account is free, and allows you to sign up for NPPA events, services, and merchandise online. It is also the first step to becoming an NPPA member.
