A Philadelphia Police officer draws his weapon while taking a young man into custody following a shooting Sunday afternoon in East Germantown, Sunday April 21, 2013, after a 15 year-old was critically wounded by gunfire. According to police the victim was arguing with three men outside the Estevez Grocery Store when one of the men opened fire striking the teen one time in the left side of his chest. Police said the victim was taken to Einstein Hospital by a private auto where he was listed in extremely critical condition. After reviewing video tapes of the shooting police spotted two of the three suspects near by an officer on scene said. One suspect was taken into custody at E. Tulpehocken Street and McMahon Street at gunpoint as neighbors watched. A Philadelphia police lieutenant approached the man, weapon in hand, ordering the man to the ground.
