Jake Schellenschlager at just 14 years old is a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter. He weight trains seven days a week and competes throughout the year in multiple competitions. He is an all natural competitor (meaning NO STEROIDS) and is strong enough to lift more than twice his own bodyweight. Jake has been training since he was 12 when he saw his dad working out and told him he wanted to be the world's strongest kid. He has been setting world records for his weight class - under 123 pounds - after devoting himself to training for the last two-and-a-half years.
