In this five-part NPPA series, Pang Davis will describe how branding and marketing work together, define important differences between the two, and offer proven tips and best practices to help drive your business forward. The author is an Assistant Professor in the Multimedia Photography & Design Department at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where she teaches typography; Web, tablet, print and motion design. She also teaches marketing and branding for undergraduate and graduate students. Pang Davis continues to design print and interactive solutions for photographers and other right-brained entrepreneurs through her private consulting practice.
