This week, NPPA began long overdue updates to our website, membership database, and payment systems. As a part of this update, some members and nonmembers in our system received notices in error that their membership was up for renewal or expiring.
If you received one of these messages and believed it was in error, you can check your membership status by logging in to your account, clicking the "public profile" button and looking under "Your NPPA Membership" on the left side of the page.
If you do need to renew your membership, you can do so immediately.
If you are unsure about your account status, you can check by logging into your account or emailing [email protected].
There will be a second, but shorter, maintenance outage in the coming days. Should you have issues logging into your account that may the issue. It will be remedied in a timely manner.
