DURHAM, NC (December 19, 2013) – In the final installment of her five-part series on Branding and Marketing, Deb Pang Davis offers tips on building and maintain a vital social media presence. She covers strategies for Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Vimeo, LinkedIn, and Instagram. She even explains why promoting others, even your competitors, is good for you. 

In this special NPPA series, Pang Davis has described how branding and marketing work together, has defined important differences between the two, and offered proven tips and best practices to help drive your business forward. She is an Assistant Professor in the Multimedia Photography & Design Department at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She teaches typography; Web, tablet, print and motion design in addition to marketing and branding for undergraduate and graduate students. She continues to design print and interactive solutions for photographers and other right-brained entrepreneurs through her private consulting practice.
