ATHENS, GA (March 30, 2016) – The National Press Photographers Association has been asked to submit comments to the U.S. Copyright Office regarding Technology Upgrades for a Twenty-First Century Copyright Office in Response to Notice of Inquiry, 81 Fed. Reg. 10,672 (March 1, 2016) (Dkt. No. 2016-2).
While our attorneys, Alicia Calzada and Mickey H. Osterreicher, have submitted comments on behalf of NPPA it is our understanding that the USCO and congressional staff are interested in as many responses as possible. Therefore, it would be very helpful if you, as an NPPA member, submitted individual comments by filling in the linked draft where indicated and uploading them at https://www.regulations.gov/#!submitComment;D=COLC-2016-0002-0001 before 11:59pm (midnight) tomorrow, 3/31/16.
Thank you for your help and support.
