Photojournalism student Christopher Montgomery was arrested and had video footage deleted from his iPhone in January 2011 after he photographed Philadelphia police making an arrest. ACLU says it's the first of several upcoming suits against Philadelphia police. Read about it, and see the lawsuit filing, here.
