My name is Erin Corneliussen, and I am currently based in Fairbanks, Alaska as a photographer for the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner.

After graduating from Ohio University's School of Visual Communication in May, I worked as a photographer and videographer in Costa Rica for a little over two months.

I find my passion in exploring new things, meeting new people, learning their stories and sharing them with the world in a visual and dignified way. While my background is in photojournalism, I also love editing video, dabbling in web design, and learning new methods to share stories. I am constantly challenging myself to find new, engaging and exciting ways to create more compelling photographs and videos. It is my hope that these stories can help and educate people about each other and the world. Whenever I’m not working or finding new stories to share, I love any excuse to be outdoors, go on a run or bake birthday cakes.

Thank you for reading and feel free to view my work at erincorneliussen.com. I'd love to hear what you think.

Have a wonderful day and feel free to contact me at [email protected] if you have an assignment, question or a story to share.
